New Student/Family Referral Program

Doane Academy believes that our current families are the best ambassadors for encouraging prospective students to apply here. In support of our school’s growth, current Doane Academy families will receive a $5,000.00 tuition credit for a newly enrolled student whom they have referred.

Requirements and Details:

• A mission-appropriate fit remains Doane’s chief priority in making admission decisions. The same process and criteria apply in considering any application for enrollment at Doane.
   
• Prospective families must reference the referring family in their admission inquiry, or during their campus visit.
   
• When a new student enrolls, referring families will receive a $1,000.00 tuition credit in year one. If the family remains enrolled beyond year one, the referring family will receive a $1,000.00 tuition credit in year two, a $1,000.00 tuition credit in year three, and a $2,000.00 tuition credit in year four.
   
• Referring families will not receive a tuition credit beyond year four and will not receive a tuition credit for referring more than one family.
   
• To participate, referring families must be current on their financial obligations to the school.
   
• Referring families will not participate in the application process or receive updates about the application status.
   
• Doane Academy faculty, staff, and trustees are not eligible to participate.
   
• All tuition credits require final approval by the Director of Enrollment Management and Head of School.
   
• The Director of Enrollment Management will contact the referring family directly if the tuition credit is approved.
