Students applying to PreK - 5th grade complete a classroom visit and assessment as part of the application process. Students will visit with their current grade and complete an assessment with a member of the admission team. Parents and caregivers will also receive a campus tour.

Students applying to PreK3 visit for the duration of the campus tour (approximately 1hr)

Students applying to PreK4 and Kindergarten grade will visit from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. 

Students applying to 1st - 5th grade will visit from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm.

We accept the Standard Application Online (SAO). Once you create an SAO account, please designate Doane Academy as a recipient of the application. The online application consists of:

• $50 application fee
• Parent questionnaire
• Transcripts (current and last year; required for applicants applying for 1st - 5th grade)
• Teacher recommendation (required for children who have attended school or daycare)

Students applying to 6th - 12th grade complete an interview with a member of the admission team as part of the application process. As part of the inteview appointment, you will also receive a tour of campus.
