Need-based Tuition Assistance

Merit Scholarships

Merit scholarships will be renewed annually while a recipient is enrolled at Doane Academy, contingent upon the student remaining in good standing academically and socially.

New Students

We offer merit scholarships to domestic students applying for grades 9 through 11.

The total number of awards and the amount of each recipient’s award will be at the discretion of the Admission Committee.
Merit scholarship awards can be granted up to $10,000
Recipients will be outstanding individuals, excellent scholars, well-rounded in their engagement outside the classroom, and exhibit leadership potential.

Returning Students

We offer merit scholarships to rising 9th grade students.

All rising 9th graders are automatically considered for a merit scholarship.
The total number of awards and the amount of each recipient’s award will be at the discretion of the Admission Committee.
Those who are awarded a scholarship, receive their award with their re-enrollment contract.
Recipients will be outstanding individuals, excellent scholars, well-rounded in their engagement outside the classroom, and exhibit leadership potential.

Military Scholarships

We offer $2,500 scholarships to children of current and former military members. Military scholarships will be renewed annually while a recipient is enrolled at Doane Academy, contingent upon the student remaining in good standing.
