Visit Doane Academy
You and Your Family are Cordially Invited
The best way to learn about Doane Academy is to visit our campus located at 350 Riverbank, Burlington, NJ. Our Open House gives parents, students, family members and friends an occasion to discover the independent Episcopal day school alongside the banks of the Historic Delaware River. Guests will be given a chance to meet the Doane Academy’s leadership, educators, students, alumni, staff, and faculty.
During a Doane Academy Open House, we want to give the prospective family a chance to speak with a current student during a one on one tour. This gives the family a chance to ask any questions and get the answers from someone living the experience. This also gives the family a visual of how their student will conduct themselves as a Doane Academy student and future graduate.
The students, faculty, and staff at Doane Academy are all part of a supportive and encouraging school family. Our teachers are attentive to the needs of each student as an individual and work closely with both students and parents to ensure success in academics and extracurricular activities. The rigorous liberal arts/college prep curriculum, strong athletic program, and the numerous opportunities in extracurricular activities cultivate the development of character, emotional maturity, and standards of ethical conduct that are essential in preparation for college and education for life.
A personal interview is required of every candidate. The best time for a visit is while school is in session. During this visit, prospective students and their parent(s)/guardian(s) will enjoy a student-guided tour of campus and meet with our admissions department.
Campus tours are available on Mondays - Fridays (excluding school holidays). Tour times are 9:00 AM, 11:30 PM, and 1:30 PM. We only except walk-ins on a limited basis. So please contact our admissions department to schedule your tour.
